SwahaVai, the literal translation is 'absolute sacrifice.' But it is not just words, it's a state of being. So, to keep a long story short, it's a state of being of letting go completely.

Don't mind the question at all!
I have not lost Faith in Jesus. I very much appreciate his teachings. I also love the teachings of Buddha, MahaVajra, Krishna, Melkitzedek, etc, etc, etc. I do not think one teaching or teacher is better than the other. They all served to spread virtue and wisdom during different times, and in their own way. So, I have Faith. But I don't aim it at just one figure.

My knowing is different about "Swaha", Swaha means conveying through panchabhootas, and you must be knowing panchabhootas, they'd say swaha when yagnas and poojas are being performed. Have you ever seen a broken heart indian women crying and throwing sand into the air and cursing?... ehem even that can be a swaha :D :) :P.

I understand you are so into finding peace for your soul, so you believe all gods are equal, given understanding and knowledge, actually all gods, speak about good life, peace, harmony, righteous ways, aawwwh blaah, the truth is it's navigated and fragmented into religious and creed...

ever try to know about Sufi, you will understand a bit about cosmos, cosmos related to theology even, i got half knowledge, or lets say very little knowledge about these things, i am saying this, because, Universe is cosmos(not in science), and when you meditate, you connect with them, i guess, roughly....sorry if there is any ignorance in my little knowledge...

Some people don't even believe in that power, well, God has plans for all of us.

Boooored? :P

Yes, Swaha can be expressed in many different ways :)

And there is no need to apologize for ignorance. We are all ignorant in one way or another.

And to you I say...
to questions, there are answers. but to answers, there are no answers.

As a soul, I am already at peace. I am not looking for peace for my soul. I am becoming aware I am already at peace. Each religion and aspect of God that I observe is a tool for me too expand in my experience of "What is God?" It is a question that can never be answered, but one that can always be asked.

Thank you for sharing your point of view of all of this. I appreciate it!

I love Yoga!
I've experienced it only few months ago, but I immediately fell in love with it.
And realized how miserable is my condition :D
Keep up the good work

Yes, yoga can be quite addicting!
But, we all have to start somewhere :)
Don't beat yourself up too much, just enjoy it in the moment

Doesn't it just feel so great to stretch out like this... I love seeing others who enjoy stretching as I do. And I must say, I have never tried this exact pose. Looks interesting. :)

Oh yes, it does feel great to stretch like this! Though I must say, my favorite part about it, is going deeper into the stretch and feeling the muscles resist and tense...then breathing into it until the muscles relax.
